Shermansdale, PA – Cecco Racing’s Rick Cecco returns to the 4×4 Open Class for the 2011 GNCC series with some new sponsors and a new mechanic that will be helping him reach his goal of taking another championship.
New for the 2011 season is the addition of the Gates Corporation G-Force CVT Belts that Rick Cecco was recently promoting at the 2011 Indy Dealer Expo.
The G-Force belts are a break through in High Performance CVT belts. Additionally, the belts are a durable direct replacement, easy to install and cost less than the OEM stock replacements. “I am very happy to be campaigning for the Gates Corporation and their G-Force CVT Belts. The engineers at Gates have spend thousands of hours in the R&D of this belt which resulted in an incredible product and I am looking forward to a successful season with them” said Cecco.
Rick Cecco will be testing out a new filter system for K&N this year that they are hoping to put into future production for the Can-Am Outlander and Renegade ATV’s. “The new K&N filter design has been making amazing HP gains on the dyno and even more importantly it’s been doing a great job filtering the vital intake air on the track. K&N is a great company with excellent products so I have no doubts it will be a successful replacement to the non-reusable filter that comes standard on the Renegade & Outlander models,” stated Cecco.
Also new to the list of Cecco Racing’s supporters this season is OMF Wheels, G-4 Graphics, Walsh Racing and Motosports Can Am Polaris of Hanover, PA. “From the first time I met the owners & workers at Motosports Can Am Polaris they made me feel at home and to top it off they are a HUGE fan of GNCC racing – they knew who I was and all of my competitors. I have yet to find another Can Am dealer stocked with as many OEM & aftermarket products for ATV’s as Motosports does.” said Cecco.
Cecco Racing has also added a new mechanic this season. “Denny Brechbill will be helping me this season as my mechanic. Denny is a great guy and has a lot of experience in all forms of on & off road racing. Denny will focus on maintaining our race quads, trailer and hauler so I can focus on racing, training & product promotion.” Cecco said.
Powerbar will be returning to the Cecco Racing program this year and Rick Cecco couldn’t be happier about it. “I believe I am one of a very few teams in the GNCC series that has a sponsor that is completely outside of the industry, so I am very proud to start my 4th year with Nestle / Powerbar and I hope it opens the doors for others as well,” stated Cecco.
Rick Cecco and the rest of his crew are looking forward to a successful year and have their eye set on the 2011 GNCC 4×4 Open Championship and with the help of all of their sponsors, they feel that championship is within their reach.
